RFT 237 – Supply of Facilities Maintenance and Trade Services
Huon Valley Council invites tenders for the supply of facilities maintenance and trade services across its building portfolio in the Huon Valley municipal area. Work covers seven trade categories: building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, plastering and wall and ceiling lining, painting and protective coatings, aquatic facility technical services, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Council intends to appoint one contractor for each trade category under a three-year standing contract, with no guaranteed volume of work. Tenderers may tender for one or more categories.
