Requests for Letter of Support

Council is committed to assisting individuals, businesses, community groups or organisations to attract funding for projects that align with priorities set out in Council's Strategic Plan. Where a letter of support from Council may add weight to a grant application, applicants are welcome to submit a Request for Letter of Support Form along with draft wording for the support letter.

Community Liveability Fund

The Huon Valley Council's Community Liveability Fund provides grants for projects that promote, enhance, and sustain liveability across our region. This fund brings together Council's previous Community, Creative, and NRM Grant programs into a single, streamlined program, and introduces a new Climate Research Grant stream to support climate adaptation and resilience research in the Huon Valley.
