Market Day is on Saturday 28 October 2023 from 10am to 2pm.

Drop in, say g’day and meet our friendly team of staff and volunteers.

Market Day will include:

• A variety of stalls including plants, craft and handy tips and advice for your next project
• Free sausage sizzle and soft drinks!
• Coffee van
• BIG bargains in the Reuse Shop
• Recycling and reuse information
• Huonville Fire Brigade

Pick up the latest community bushfire information or watch our volunteers turn waste timber into useable building materials.

There will be plenty to see and do.

Tip operations will run as normal from 10am to 4pm.

• 1,850 average transactions per month
• 247 tonnes of useable material diverted from landfill through the resale of furniture, books, homewares, garden supplies and building materials
• Income generated provides a meaningful contribution to keeping fees and charges down.
