As of Monday 18 December 2023, our Customer Service Centre located at 40 Main Street, Huonville will be open to the public from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
This is a change from the current operating hours of 8.20am to 5pm and will align with neighbouring businesses’ opening hours.
Customer Service Officers will continue to start their workday at 8.20am, using the time until 9am to further develop their customer service skills and become better equipped to handle complex customer enquiries.
“We are confident that our customers will not be disadvantaged by this change, and we appreciate their understanding as we continue to work to improve the customer service experience,” said Mayor Sally Doyle.
An A4 sized mailbox has been installed outside of the Customer Service Centre for customers to securely drop off documents at any time.
