Public Directions Hearing and

Hearings into the Huon Valley Draft Local Provisions Schedule

Huon Valley Council has provided its report, under section 35F(1) of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993, on the representations received on the Huon Valley draft Local Provisions Schedule.

The Commission will hold a directions hearing to determine arrangements for hearings into the representations.

The direction hearing details are:

Time: 10am

Venue: Huon Valley Town Hall, 40 Main Street Huonville

Date: Tuesday 21 March 2023

Following the directions hearing, the Commission will hold hearings into the representations.
