Scholarships of up to $5,000 are available to assist Huon Valley residents to obtain a qualification in the area of medicine, nursing or allied health.

To be eligible:

• Applicants are required to show that they would find it difficult to access further education without receiving scholarship support
• Applicants must reside in the Huon Valley local government area at the time of application
• Preference will be given to applicants whose study may lead to a future career in rural healthcare
