
A free afternoon workshop in The Far South for the community to explore perimenopause and menopause together
The Huon Women’s Health Collective invites women in the community to a workshop aimed at breaking taboos around perimenopause and menopause, exploring the hormonal changes, life transitions, and cultural narratives around this stage of life. The session includes a guided meditation and take-home resource materials.
The workshop is facilitated by Lucy St Jack (Naturopath/Medical Herbalist), Brook River (Social Worker/Ceremonialist), Karlyn Digitalis (Pleasure Educator/Bodyworker) and Dr Melissa Catanzarite (GP, Huon Valley Medical Services).
