Join community forest stewards for a guided walk through the beautiful Franklin Forest.
Franklin Forest is just 7km from Franklin, a magical wet eucalypt forest and a jewel of the Huon Valley. We will guide you on a gentle walk through ancient rainforest trees and tree ferns and past majestic eucalypts, lichens and fungi. The walk is not long, only 2km, but we take our time to appreciate and discuss our beautiful surroundings.
