An appeal against the Council’s decision to sell the Cygnet Medical Centre was made on 12 July 2019.

A hearing was held on 13 September 2019 by the Tribunal, constituted of three members. On 17 October 2019 the Tribunal decision and reasons were provided confirming the Council’s decision.
