Celebrating the people who make our community special.
The Huon Valley Community Achievement Awards recognise the people who make the Huon Valley a better place to live: volunteers, community leaders, local businesses and people achieving excellence in their field.
Nominations are open until 25 January 2027.
Anyone can be nominated. Your nominee doesn’t need to live in the Huon Valley. If their work contributes to a liveable community here, we want to celebrate them. They don’t have to be well known either. We celebrate everyday people doing extraordinary things.
How the awards work
- Every nominee is recognised and celebrated at the Awards Ceremony on 22 May 2027.
- One recipient from each category is chosen by an independent selection panel.
Award categories
