Call for Expressions of Interest – Weighbridge Cottage lease of land

Huon Valley Council is seeking expressions of interest for the lease of the Weighbridge Cottage to use for storage.

Location: 16 Charlton Street, Burtons Reserve, Cygnet
Size: Approximately 40m² (3 rooms)
Land: Approximately 56m²

Expressions close 5pm, Friday 5 January 2024.

The Weighbridge Cottage is classified as public land under the Local Government Act 1993.
