Overview
Wellways to Recovery is a free, community-based support service for Tasmanians aged 16 and over who are experiencing mental health challenges. Available to Huon Valley residents, the program supports individuals with a mental health diagnosis to set their own recovery goals and work towards achieving them over a period of up to two years.
A dedicated program worker will work alongside you to develop personalised skills, strategies and a recovery plan tailored to your individual needs and wellbeing.
A GP or healthcare professional referral is required to access this service.
