I’m a Huon Valley local providing live acoustic music and professional DJ services for weddings and events across Tasmania. Whether you’re after a solo ceremony set or a full-day duo and DJ package, I offer a seamless, all-in-one soundtrack tailored to your day.
I run my business from home in Lower Longley. It’s a personalised service. I manage everything myself, from your first enquiry to the final song of the night. While I’m your main point of contact, Nikayla is a huge part of the live sound. She joins me on keys and vocals for our duo bookings to create a more diverse sound, full of vocal harmonies.
What I Offer – I provide three main ways to handle your music. Solo acoustic, Acoustic duo, DJ and lighting. I can provide any combination of these, but my “All-in-One” option is the most popular. It covers the entire day from the first guest arrival to the final dance. This keeps the atmosphere consistent and means you only have to deal with one person to organise your music for the entire day. Local Knowledge & Equipment – You can catch me playing publicly at Willie Smith’s Apple Shed, The Lost Captain, or the Longley Hotel as well as numerous popular Hobart venues. I travel for weddings too. I’m often at heritage estates near Richmond or over on the East Coast. If you’re planning an outdoor wedding, I have the gear to make it work. I use high-end battery systems for remote ceremonies with no access to power.
Tailored to You – I’ll work with you to curate a DJ playlist that suits your musical taste. I am happy to learn specific song requests for ceremonies and attend wedding rehearsals. I prefer to visit new venues before a wedding to familiarise myself with the layout and equipment requirements. I bring high-end sound equipment to every event and intelligent dancefloor lighting for suitable occasions
