Overview
The Peninsula Experience is an exclusive gated property on Esperance Point near Dover, occupying 250 private acres of grasslands, forest and water, with panoramic views across the D’Entrecasteaux Channel, Huon River, Bruny Island and Port Esperance Bay to the Hartz Range and South West Wilderness.
Two accommodation options are available, each offering full privacy: Cape House, a converted turn-of-the-century farmhouse with three king bedrooms accommodating up to six adults; and the Boat House, a waterfront retreat for two with a king bedroom and lounge and dining area. Both feature private outdoor spas, expansive timber decks and self-contained kitchen facilities.
Guests have exclusive use of over 8 kilometres of private walking tracks through forest, heathland, wetland and rocky shore habitats, along with access to a helipad for convenient arrival.
