It’s a ten-minute drive to Cygnet, where guests can enjoy lifestyle shops, cafes, restaurants and the local food and wine scene, including the newly opened Cygnet Cannery, and ten minutes in the other direction to Matthew Evans’ Fat Pig Farm.
The property features double-glazed windows and a conservatory designed to maximise sun and views, along with a well-equipped kitchen where resident pademelons can often be spotted. A courtyard firepit offers a place to relax and take in the seclusion, night sky and the sound of the river. The house has a minimal environmental footprint, collecting its own water and using an OzziKleen sewerage/wastewater system and solar hot water.
Please note the property is not suitable for young children, as it sits on the banks of a fast-flowing river and has an unfenced dam.
