Just Better Care Hobart provides NDIS-funded Disability Supports in the home and in the community for people in the Huon Valley region, helping people with disability live a full life and stay connected with their local community.
The team offers a broad range of supports tailored to individual needs, developed in close consultation with each client. This includes assistance for carers, providing respite so existing relationships with loved ones can be maintained; help getting out and about, such as transport to and from work, community activities, exercise classes, or volunteering commitments; shopping and meal preparation, including catering for special dietary needs; and broader independence and lifestyle supports tailored to each person’s goals.
Just Better Care Hobart is based in Hobart but delivers these NDIS disability services directly into the Huon Valley, working in clients’ homes and local community settings.
