MindKnit Counselling is a small, caring practice dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of children under 14 and adults of all ages. We use evidenceinformed therapies and take the time to understand each person’s unique needs, offering tailored support for trauma, eating disorder recovery, grief, stress, and life transitions.
We work collaboratively, helping clients gently “knit together” their experiences, strengths, and challenges. Whether through talking therapy or creative modalities, we provide a safe and welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you move toward clarity, resilience, and growth.
MindKnit Counselling provides rebates through Medicare, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, private health funds, Employment Assistance Programs, and more.
