Overview
Hillside Bed & Breakfast is situated on the Huon Trail, 2km from the village of Huonville. Only 40 minutes south of Hobart, set in 2 acres of beautiful park-like gardens and surrounded by apple orchards, Hillside Bed & Breakfast is perfectly located for exploring Tasmania’s southern region and all it has to offer.
The Terrace Room has double French doors leading out onto a private balcony and steps down to the paved terrace. It overlooks the park-like gardens and has fantastic views of the Huon River and Huon Valley beyond. It is beautifully decorated, with comfortable furnishings, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Free toiletries are provided along with luxury bathrobes. This room can be configured as either a King Bed Room or a Twin Room (two singles).
The River Room has double French doors leading out onto its own private balcony with unrestricted views of the Huon River and Huon Valley, as far south as the Hartz Mountains. It is tastefully decorated and features air conditioning, comfortable seating and a spacious, heated en-suite bathroom. Free toiletries are provided along with luxury bathrobes.
