Overview
The Far South Mobile Community Hub brings essential services, information and opportunities to the Far South.
A Community Connector is available for a cuppa and a chat and to provide:
- connections and referrals to support services
- confidential one-on-one support
- assistance navigating service systems (for example, MyGov, My Aged Care, Housing Connect, Legal Aid)
- NILS loans

Food relief (fresh produce and bread) is available weekly on Fridays

Emergency food relief (pantry staples, pet food, frozen meals and toiletries) available monthly on request
The Hub is also available as a private consultation space that service providers can use to meet with community members.
