Overview
Campo de Flori is a boutique, family-run farm near Glen Huon, about 45 minutes south of Hobart, growing saffron, lavender and olives, keeping bees, and running a working ceramics studio.
The farm’s saffron won the Champion award for herbs and spices at the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards, and its culinary lavender (Imperial Gem), hand-picked and processed on site, won the state Delicious Award for lavender products in 2020. Olives are harvested each autumn and pressed into a cool-climate Extra Virgin Olive Oil, released each July, and the farm’s bees produce honey alongside the range. Lisa also runs a pottery studio on the farm, producing tableware, bespoke art pieces and Raku ceramics.
Products are available online via Etsy and through several Tasmanian stockists, see website for details.
