The Anchorage is located on the banks of the iconic Huon River, between Castle Forbes Bay and Port Huon in the beautiful Huon Valley. It provides fully self-contained deluxe accommodation with everything you need, and has stunning panoramic views of the Huon River and the prominent Sleeping Beauty mountain in the distance.
Guests can take a dip in the solar-heated pool and relax in the sauna, or take in the incredible views from the upstairs deck or by the pool after a day out exploring the region. With the lawn reaching to the water’s edge, guests can wander down to the jetty, throw out a line and be enchanted by the surrounding views. Dolphins and seals are sometimes spotted venturing to this area of the river, and the tranquillity of the Huon River can be enjoyed at any time of the year.
