  • Total salary package from $114,000 to $128,000 (inclusive of 14.5% Employer Superannuation)

The Role

An opportunity to make a significant impact on our region’s urban development and planning processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Share the management of the Statutory Planning Team and coordinate planning services
  • Assess complex planning applications and scheme amendments
  • Provide guidance to the Statutory Planning Team and other internal stakeholders
  • Offer expert advice to applicants, the community, and Councillors on planning matters

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have extensive experience in statutory land use planning
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Have the capacity to manage complex projects and meet statutory deadlines
