The Role
As the Senior Team Leader Civil Works you will:
- Coordinate and deliver civil infrastructure maintenance programs across the municipality
- Lead and supervise works crews and contractors in the day-to-day delivery of maintenance activities
- Conduct inspections and audits of civil infrastructure to ensure operational safety and determine maintenance priorities
- Manage operational budgets and resources effectively
- Provide technical expertise and responses to infrastructure maintenance requirements
- Ensure all works comply with relevant legislation, safety standards and Council policies

What You will Bring:
- Experience in civil works and construction management, particularly in road maintenance and infrastructure projects
- Project management skills including scheduling, cost planning and reporting
- Leadership skills and team management experience
- Understanding of safety in construction
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Computer skills for reporting and planning
- Strong communication skills
- Medium or Heavy Rigid Licence
