Your Role
As the Swimming Instructor you will:
- Instruct and deliver the Learn to Swim Program
- Conduct swimming lessons, catering for a wide range of age groups & swimming abilities.
- Ensure the safety of patrons participating in swimming lessons.
What You will Bring:
To thrive in this role, you will have the following:
- A current Austswim accreditation
- Demonstrated experience & knowledge of Swimming and Water Safety instruction.
- Strong communication skills, problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to upholding values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Service Excellence and Continuous Improvement in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
