The Role

Together in Huonville, Dover, and Geeveston we’re creating nurturing spaces where children thrive and educators grow.
As our Early Childhood Educator, you’ll bring creativity and care to:
- Create engaging learning experiences that spark joy and curiosity
- Guide children’s development through play-based learning
- Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively in a fun, professional environment
- Contribute to our quality education programs
Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone special with:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively working towards
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration
- Passion for children’s learning and development
- Creative approach to educational programming
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
