The Role
As our Administration Officer, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of Council, while managing crucial information systems that keep our organisation running smoothly. Your day will include:
- Creating positive first impressions through front counter and phone interactions
- Processing development applications and managing financial transactions
- Maintaining our document management systems with precision and care
- Supporting staff across Council with information management expertise
- Managing Land Information Certificates and other essential Council documents

- Proficiency in Office 365 and ability to master specialised systems
