Dog registrations due 31 July 2023
It’s that time of year! Dog registration renewal notices have been issued for all currently registered dogs in the Huon Valley.
Pay before 31 July 2023 to receive a discount.
Payment details are listed on the renewal notices.
Please contact Council if you need help or are experiencing difficulty paying.
Is your dog not registered?
If you live in the Huon Valley and own a dog over 6-months old, you are required to register them.
To register, go to www.huonvalley.tas.gov.au/dogs or download a form and drop it into Council with your pet’s details.

Households with more than 2 dogs are required to apply for a Licence to Keep Dogs.

If you have lost your Lifetime tag, a new tag can be purchased from Council.
