The Role
As the Senior Team Leader Unsealed Roads you will:
- Coordinate the unsealed roads maintenance plans across the Huon Valley
- Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of unsealed road maintenance works, ensuring roads remain safe and accessible for the community
- Manage and monitor operational budgets relating to unsealed roads maintenance
- Coordinate and supervise works crews
- Conduct road inspections and assessments to determine maintenance priorities and ensure optimal road conditions
What You will Bring:
- Experience in unsealed roads maintenance and construction management
- Project management skills
- Leadership skills and team management experience
- Understanding of safety in construction
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Computer skills for reporting and planning
- Strong communication skills
- Medium or Heavy Rigid Licence
