A group of adults practice CPR on training mannequins as an instructor guides them in a classroom setting.

Seconds count in a cardiac arrest. This hands-on training session equips participants with the skills and confidence to manage medical emergencies, delivered by St John Tasmania. The nationally recognised course is fast-paced, interactive, and fully hands-on.

On successful completion, participants receive HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
