More than 1,200 residents – nearly 8% of our adult population – took part in this important survey, far exceeding participation rates in similar communities.
“This outstanding response demonstrates the passion and commitment that makes the Huon Valley such a special place to call home,” said Mayor Sally Doyle. “The valuable insights you’ve provided will directly shape Council’s strategic decisions and neighbourhood planning.”

Community Forum on Annual Report

Where: Huonville Town Hall
Join us for the launch of our 2024-25 Annual Report, highlighting this year’s achievements and challenges. We will present our 2025/26 workplan and strategic priorities and how they align with your Community Views and Vision. The session also provides an opportunity to discuss ideas and work together on public motions for our December Annual General Meeting (AGM).
