Huon Valley Council manages the Huon Lawn Cemetery near Huonville, the Dover Lawn Cemetery, the Surges Bay Cemetery and the Cradoc Cemetery.

Digital cemetery records available
The new Public Deceased Search feature allows people in our community and around the world to easily find information about both cemeteries and the people buried there. Visitors can now:
- Search for grave information online before visiting
- Use GPS-navigated Walk-to-Grave features to locate specific burial sites
- Access detailed mapping services
- Discover historical information about community members
This feature is currently available for Huon Lawn and Dover Lawn cemeteries. Read more about the project here.
How to access
The digital cemetery records can be accessed online or by scanning QR codes located at each cemetery entrance.
