Overview
Wellways Discovery is a free, transformative peer-to-peer learning program available to Huon Valley residents and all Tasmanians. The five-session program is designed for anyone experiencing mental health challenges, as well as their carers, families and friends.
Led by people with lived experience, the program is delivered in a group or one-to-one setting and supports participants to explore recovery, build resilience, strengthen identity and develop meaningful connections with others who share similar experiences.
Programs are evidence-based, evaluated in partnership with leading Australian universities, and have a proven record of enabling positive outcomes for participants.
