The Role
As a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse you will:
• Deliver comprehensive primary healthcare
• Lead patient assessments and care planning
• Conduct health screenings and immunisations
• Manage chronic disease care
• Contribute to community health education
What you’ll bring
The successful applicant will have the following:
• Current AHPRA registration
• Primary healthcare experience
• Immunisation certification
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Experience in chronic disease management
