About the opportunity
We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced and environment. This pivotal role provides high-level executive and governance support to the Chief Executive Officer, Mayor, Councillors and Executive Leadership Team — helping to maintain good governance and ensure Council’s priorities are delivered efficiently and effectively.
You’ll be trusted to manage sensitive information, anticipate needs, and coordinate a range of governance and executive responsibilities that keep the organisation running smoothly.
