We are deeply saddened by the tragic incident that occurred in the Huon Valley yesterday, in which a community member lost his life after being struck by a falling tree. This sudden loss has deeply affected our entire community.
Our sincere condolences go to his family and friends some of whom are part of our Huon Valley Council team. He was a valued member of the community and will be deeply missed.
