Six smooth, light wooden heart-shaped ornaments are arranged on a cream fabric, each tied with a bow made of black or white ribbon labeled “Made in the Huon Valley, Tasmania.” A handwritten tag is partially visible.

The Franklin Collective is a small retail outlet showcasing local artisan’s products and fresh produce located in Franklin’s historic Palais Theatre.

The Collective is a Franklin Progress Association community initiative run by volunteers. Open every Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 10am till 3pm.

The Collective sells fresh, locally grown fruit and vegetables in season, eggs, plus a variety of locally produced food products (eg honey, jams, chutneys, biscuits).  We also support local arts and crafts suppliers by selling their unique products – woodwork, greeting cards, photos, paintings, books, pottery, hats, scarves, jewellery etc.

Re-opening Friday 19 October
