Huon Valley Alphabet Mafia (HVAM) is a Queer centered social group created to offer support, friendship, and resources to the Valley’s LGBTQIA+ youth.
We meet at the PCYC to hang out, eat snacks, play games, create art, do puzzles, and spill tea. We have a private library full of queer literature, information, and workbooks. If you’re between 13 – 20 years old, and under the LGBTQIA+ Umbrella you’re welcome to join us! Allies, friends, and family members will need to be personally invited and/or approved by the group. This is to ensure the safety of our members. As well as our in-person meets and curated library, we also have a private Discord Server and dedicated Minecraft Realm.
