Come and meet Richard from SES and find out about the services and advice being offered to prepare yourself for emergencies. The workshop uses a person centred approach. It covers the challenges people with disability may face on a daily basis, such as assistive technology, communications and transport.

The workshop aims to aid in your knowledge of hazards, where to find reliable information and how to develop an emergency plan suitable for your individual needs.

Carers and support people welcome.

Your presenter is Richard Witbreuk – Emergency Preparedness Facilitator with State Emergency Services (SES). Richard has a lived experience with disability living with a mobility issue.

The Person Centred Emergency Preparedness project is a project run in collaboration with the SES and TFS.
