Huon Valley Council invites community members to come together and celebrate the release of its Annual Report 2024–2025 on 29 November 2025, Huonville Town Hall at 1pm to 3pm. The discussion will also include how to prepare and submit a draft motion for the upcoming December Annual General Meeting (AGM). The event will provide residents with an opportunity to reflect on the past year’s achievements, learn about plans for the year ahead, and share their feedback on the Annual Plan which identifies our goals for the year ahead.
“We’re really proud of what we have achieved working with our community over the past year,” Mayor Doyle said. “This forum gives everyone the chance to hear about our progress, discuss priorities for the future, and make sure the voices of our residents remain central to Council’s future planning.
All members of the public are welcome. Light refreshments will be provided, and we encourage everyone to attend the Huonville Christmas Parade following the meeting.
You can also provide feedback and comment online on the Annual Report ahead of the Community Forum. Feedback will be collated and presented at the Forum for discussion.
