Casual Positions
Port Huon Sports and Aquatic Centre
- Hourly Rate: $38.89 per hour
- Annual Equivalent: $61,478.20 + 25% casual loading (pro rata)
- Penalty Rates: Apply for weekend work
- Superannuation: 15% employer contribution
The Role
As the Recreation Centre Officer you will:
- Ensure the safety of patrons by providing effective supervision and lifeguarding
- Undertake routine checks and basic maintenance of pool equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to patrons
- Ensure the cleanliness of the centre
Skills & Experience
What You will Bring:
- Excellent customer service with the ability to build rapport with patrons.
- Strong communication skills, problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A current Pool Lifeguard accreditation (Highly Desirable)
- A current First Aid Certificate and Working with Vulnerable People card
