Chair yoga is a great way for older adults of all levels of ability to safely enjoy yoga and its wonderful health benefits.
This gentle and fun yoga session with Claire Heywood, we will:
- Address and nourish our physical needs
- Bring wellbeing and awareness to our mind, emotions and spirit
- Mindfully move
- Strengthen and mobilise all our major joints and muscles
- Work on our breath
- Observe our mind
- Foster a deep, respectful listening to Foster a deep, respectful listening to the needs of all aspects of ourselves
