How to Make a Representation for a Development Application

You have 14 days from the date the application was first advertised to lodge a representation with the Council (as per the public notice expiry date).

Representations may be made by:

Post : The General Manager, PO Box 210, Huonville  TAS  7109

Delivered : 40 Main Street, Huonville – Representation accepted until 5.00 p.m. on the closing date

Email : representations made by electronic mail must be received no later than 12 Midnight on the date of the public notice expiry date to be accepted and must be sent to hvc@huonvalley.tas.gov.au

Electronic Lodgement : Lodge representation below

Late representations will not be considered.

Representations made by electronic mail must be received no later than 12 Midnight on the day specified in the advertisement of the proposal to be accepted. Representations sent by electronic mail to any other e-mail address will not be accepted. All posted, hand delivered or faxed representations must be received no later than 5.00pm on the day specified in the advertisement or the proposal to be accepted. Hand delivered representations can be made to Council’s Customer Service Centre at 40 Main Street, Huonville.
