A Public Liability Insurance Contribution Fee applies – for all casual, ad-hoc and regular hire bookings (providing hire occurs no more than 12 times per annum, per hire) for activities conducted at and from the hired facility.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to consider their insurance needs and if the Council’s hire liability insurance is suitable for their event. The Council will not be responsible for any uninsured loss or liability of the hirer.
The consumption of alcohol under Council’s Casual User Hire Insurance is prohibited and if you proceed you are agreeing that there will be no alcohol at your event.
