Community Energy and Emissions Profile

The Community Energy and Emissions Profile is a project of the Regional Climate Change Initiative – an STCA committee that Council has participated in for several years. The project provided a regional summary of municipal level energy use and greenhouse gas emissions for each of the 12 southern Tasmanian councils.

The Huon Valley Council acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the South East Nation, the Melukerdee people of the Huon River and the Lyluequonny people of the Far South. We recognise their continuing connection to land, water and culture, and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
