The Ranelagh Playground refurbishment was in 2014.  With the increased utilisation of the new playground a need for a public toilet was identified. The Council allocated funding for the construction of a toilet to be built as part of the 2018/19 Capital Works Program.

The project will see the construction of an accessible unisex public toilet facility within the Ranelagh Playground. The facility will include an infant change table.  The design of the building will be in keeping with the surrounding picnic facilities.

STATUS UPDATE JUNE 2019:

Work has commenced on the new public toilet.

STATUS UPDATE AUGUST 2019: 

Works are progressing, with the slab poured, plumbing installed, and timber frame constructed.
