QiGong is a gentle exercise program similar to Tai Chi.
Come to GeCo on a Thursday from 11am for an hour of gentle stretching and breathing that is especially good for people with respiratory, circulatory and mobility issues. You can use a chair for balance, and Jenny will guide you to get moving in an holistic and sustainable way.
