Franklin long table dinner and cooking demonstrations

Part of the Huon Valley Food Hub Harvest Program 202

Come on down to the Palais for a long table dinner, including some of the passata made during the day with pasta!

We’ve got some great homestyle cooks joining us from different parts of the world to share with you inexpensive homestyle recipes that take advantage of local produce when it’s in plentiful supply. Bring along some cash as you may be able to purchase some freshly made passata – all proceeds go to the Franklin Primary Seed Garden.

The meal will include a main and a dessert. Frank’s Cider will be attending, serving up alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages too.

When you have more than you need build a bigger table – not a higher fence.

If you have dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we will see what we can do to cater to them.

Please bring your own plate, mug or bowl and cutlery, so that there isn’t a big load of washing up at the end of the night. Please book and make separate donations.
