Festival of Small Halls @ Southport

Australia's largest dedicated regional music tour, Festival of Small Halls, is coming to Southport, once again

In 2019 we feature master Scandinavian musicians Fru Skagerrak and Australia rock and roll legend in the making, Liam Gerner. Excited to create their inaugural musical pairing for the Summer Tour 2019, Fru Skagerrak and Liam Gerner are preparing for a unique tour of Australia’s small halls.

Fru Skagerrak
Fru Skagerrak takes you on a journey through Scandinavia; from lowlands to mountains, from slow airs to roaring polkas, and everything in between. Three master musicians from each of the Scandinavian countries – the result is an explosion of the sounds that exist in Scandinavian traditional music today.
