A funny name for a fun sport!
Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in the USA and is now gaining popularity here in Australia. It’s a curious cross between tennis, badminton, and table tennis.
An active game with easy rules!
Similar to tennis, the game requires players to move back and forth within a square and hit a ball over a net with a paddle. The main difference is that you must serve under-arm which is much easier than a tennis serve. You’re moving your whole body when you play, making it a fun way to fit exercise into the day.
