The Board of Inquiry is carrying out an inquiry at the request of the Minister for Local Government, under Part 13 of the Local Government Act 1993. The Board has been requested to report to the Minister with findings and recommendations by 30 November 2015.

The Board is seeking submissions from members of the Huon Valley community wishing to raise matters within the scope of the Terms of Reference for the Board’s consideration.
